Save your internet on your phone or tablet by closing browser windows

When using your internet browser on your iPad or Samsung tablet any links you click on may open up a new tab (or page). These tabs appear just under your website address bar. The tab you are currently on will show an X next to the name of the tab. To close that tab, tap the X. You will then be on the next tab. Continue pressing the X to close off all open tabs.

For the iPhone and iPad you can also tap on the icon that looks like two pages at the top right (for iPad) or bottom left (for iPhone) of the screen. This will show you all open tabs. Tap on the X in the right hand corner of each tab to close them.

For the Samsung you can also tap on the icon on the frame that looks like two pages. This will show you all open tabs. Tap on the X in the right hand corner of each tab to close them (for the older Samsungs swipe each tab to the left off the page) OR tap Close All to close all tabs a once.

We recommend you do this frequently in order to save your internet, otherwise every time you open your internet browser it will load all websites on all tabs.
