Staying in touch

We teach the absolute beginner who has never used a computer before, right through to the competent user who needs a little extra help.

We assist you with buying technology, security and internet to suit your needs and budget.  We visit you in your own home to discuss your needs, take you shopping to help you purchase your equipment, then set it up in your own home and get it ready for your learning and enjoyment.

We provide beginner, intermediate and advanced tutoring sessions on a variety of topics, in your own home, on your own device, and at your own pace.  Your learning needs may vary from a beginner session on your iPad, downloading books, using Skype or Facetime to make video calls with families and friends, through to streaming TV and creating photobooks of your memorable holidays and events!

And we don't just leave you there.  Our in-home and remote technical support assists you when you have any problems or any small questions along the way.  This may be anything from a quick email troubleshoot query through to removing a virus on your computer or synchronising your emails and contacts on your devices.

Thank you. Your clear explanations and patient manner enabled us to overcome our fears of this new age technology. We are now trying (with your excellent notes) all kinds of interesting avenues of communication.”
