Cybersecurity Awareness & Watch out for Scams

Cyber theft and online scams have increased and become more sophisticated as more people rely on using the internet in their everyday lives for staying in touch, banking, shopping etc.  Older Australians are also a target for cyber criminals, and many fall victim to a vast array of scams and frauds.  It is important to be able to use your devices in a secure and confident manner and not be targeted or fall victim to the vast array of scams and frauds.

During these two sessions you will gain some valuable tips on how to protect your personal and financial information, identify and respond scams, and what to do if you think you have been scammed.
